1. Powertrain disassembly and assembly training module
· Motor type: three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.
· Transmission: Single-speed fixed-ratio transmission.
· It fully meets the testing and debugging requirements of motor insulation resistance, grounding resistance, air tightness, etc.
· The phase of the three-phase electricity and the signal of the resolver sensor can be measured.
· The motor and the transmission, the gears of the transmission, and the differential bearings can be separated, cleaned, tested, and assembled without hoisting operation.
2. Multi-function information collection and detection board
· Realize the dismantling and inspection of resolver sensors and high and low voltage wiring harnesses.
· Realize the assembly and connection of low-voltage lines between the power module of the equipment and the multi-functional information acquisition and detection board.

3. Equipment power supply module
· Automotive-grade motor controller, which can dynamically display the forward and reverse rotation status of the motor and realize adjustable speed.
· It has an external power port to realize the independent operation of the motor module.
